Prices shown on our website may change from time to time at our discretion and as different products are promoted or phased out. All prices include VAT where appropriate and are subject to change without notice.

Product Availability

We cannot guarantee product availability on any specific item, the supply of which is subject to stock availability at the time of ordering. However, we will do our utmost to supply the items requested in a timely fashion.

Payment

We accept payment by debit and credit cards and Paypal Account. Paypal acts as a Payment Service provider for debit and credit card transactions. Your information is shared with with Paypal in accordance with our Privacy Policy in order to carry out this function.

Notice of Cancellation

You may cancel your contract with us for the goods you order without giving a reason at any time up to 14 days after the date you receive the ordered goods. To cancel, you must notify us in writing or by email.

If your goods have already been despatched before you cancel your contract then you must obtain authorisation and send the goods back to our contact address at your own cost and risk as soon as possible.

Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your contract, any sum paid to us will be refunded as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order provided that you have taken reasonable care of the goods while in your possession. If you do not return the goods or do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be refunded.

Events Beyond Our Control

We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods or services you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstances beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.
