Shipping policy
UK delivery is free on all orders of £10.00 and above. Delivery is usually by Royal Mail Second Class; we usually despatch orders the next working day, and Royal Mail aims to deliver Second Class mail by the 3rd working day after we have dispatched it. If you need your item sooner then let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Larger orders may be sent via our courier partner DPD. Courier delivery is still free of charge on all orders of £10.00 and above, and orders are usually delivered within 48 hours of leaving our warehouse. If your order is sent by courier, you'll receive an additional email with tracking information and instructions on how to re-arrange delivery if you need to.
Delivery problems
Where possible, our packages are designed to fit through a standard letterbox, so your delivery should be trouble-free. However, very occasionally something goes adrift. Please note the following:
- Missing Parcels: If your Box doesn't arrive within 10 days please let us know by email quoting your order reference, and we will replace it or issue a refund. Before contacting us, please double-check that the parcel hasn't been left in a safe place or with a neighbour, and that no Attempted Delivery card has been left. We can accept claims of non-delivery up to 30 days after your order was despatched.
- Damaged or missing items: If any items are damaged or missing, please contact us by email as soon as possible. It's always a help if you can send us a photograph of any damage to the outer packaging.
